Note: You can have an account on the website without relying on Facebook. This page is only for resolving login issues via Facebook.
We use a third-party solution for logging into profiles – Facebook. Although this service generally works without issues, occasionally problems may arise that can cause errors when logging into your profile or attempting to log out. If you're unlucky enough to encounter such issues, try one of the following solutions:
1. Use a safer way to access the websiteIf you are using Google Chrome, this issue likely does not apply to you. Some browsers may tend to prepend an older protocol, http, instead of https to the web address. Facebook requires login only through https, so if you're unsure about this, simply go to https://www.kopacak.com/ and try logging in.
2. Clear Facebook cookiesThis issue may occasionally occur when logging out, where Facebook doesn't clear the browser and leaves saved login information, even though you're no longer logged in. The solution is to clear the cookies, which can be done in several ways. For example, click on the icon next to the website address (red arrow in the image) and then view the cookies (blue arrow).
In the list, select those containing Facebook and delete them. Facebook will save the required information correctly the next time you log in.
3. Wait a while...Yes, there may be an issue on your side, or there may be a problem with Facebook... If the previous solutions didn't work, try again after a while. If the problems persist, please send us a message on our Facebook page and we'll try to identify the issue.
